Direct Checkout and Refund Policy

RunShelf may be offered through direct web checkout powered by an external payment provider. The provider processes payment, checkout, invoice, tax, license, and related transaction data according to its role in the checkout flow.

Refund eligibility is shown at checkout or in the purchase flow. Any stated guarantee applies only to eligible direct web purchases and does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.

App Store purchases, if offered, are handled through Apple and follow Apple's refund process.

Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and must include enough purchase information to identify the transaction.
