These terms govern access to the RunShelf website and use of the RunShelf macOS application.

Use of RunShelf

RunShelf is a macOS utility for finding, opening, and managing local development servers. You are responsible for deciding which local processes to open, pause, restart, reveal, or stop.

You must not use RunShelf in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, or license restrictions.

Purchases and Licenses

Purchase, license, trial, and refund details are shown at checkout or in the app when those features are available. A license grants only the rights expressly stated for that purchase.

Availability and Changes

RunShelf may change over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed. The website and app may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or platform changes.

Liability

RunShelf is provided as a developer utility. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, mandatory statutory liability, and obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
